What areas do you service?
We service the entire Greater Geelong region including Winchelsea and Bannockburn. We can also travel to Colac and Melbourne but additional fee's may apply.
Do I need to provide any products or equipment?
Nope, We bring everything! You will be given the option for us to use your vacuum to reduce the risk of cross contamination.
We love to hang out with your furry friends! Just let us know if they re agressive, can't go outside etc.
How do I arrange a quote?
Is it OK if I have pets?
Simply give us a call, text or email, or put in an equiry through the website!
What happens if my home needs more cleaning than expected?
If we get to a job and its bigger than expected, we will always communicate this with you. EG: If we come across mould, this results in an additional biohazard fee to be treated, but we will never add anything to your final invoice without your permission.
Do I need to be home while you clean?
Nope! Simply let us know how to enter the property and we can handle the rest.
Do you take cash payments?
We don't take cash due to tax purposes. You will be emailed an invoice which is payable via card or bank transfer (preferred).
Are you insured and police checked?
All of our staff are fully police checked. We are a fully insured business with WorkCover, WorkSafe and Liability insurance.
